Next, Become Familiar with the Ferry Route and Schedule

The most common mode of transportation to and from the San Juans is the Washington State Ferries. Ferries leave the terminal at Anacortes, WA and travel to Lopez, Shaw, Orcas, and Friday Harbor.

Lopez is the first stop!

You can park your car at the Anacortes ferry terminal (there is a small parking fee) and walk onto the ferry. The coolest part is interisland travel is free for walk-ons and bikes!

You’ve Arrived! Time to Explore

The bikes you have reserved will be waiting for you at our bike rack. After departing the ferry, keep walking up the hill and they are located past the parking lot on the left hand side.

Need a beach right away? Stop at Odlin County Park before heading to the Village!

We recommend heading straight to Lopez Village after you’ve arrived. The majority of amenities on the island are in the village. This is a great time to grab some food, use the restroom, fill up some water bottles and find some internet at a coffee shop. Feel free to stop by the shop and say hi.

Restrooms

The public restroom for the village is in the day park next to Isabel’s Espresso on Tower Dr.

Water Fountains

We recommend filling up your water bottles inside Blossom Grocery.
