Make sure to read carefully before submitting your reservation. 

Reservations: We do not offer hourly rental rates with reservations. Our hourly rates are available for walk-in rentals, which is not guaranteed.
Our one-day rental rate is based on one calendar day and is calculated within our store hours, not by 24-hour increments.

Age Requirements: To rent a bike, you must be at least 18 years old, or you can have a guardian sign for you. For our ebikes, the rider must be a minimum of 16 years old.

Getting Informed: We encourage all renters to ask questions and read over our website to gather all the information they need before making a bike reservation. Please ensure you have a good understanding of the details provided to you, as Village Cycles cannot be held responsible for any information not acquired by the renter.

Payment: If you need to cancel your reservation, please be aware that there will be a $20 setup and service fee. However, cancellations made within 24 hours of your rental start date may result in a full payment.

Bike Deliveries: Bike deliveries are made before and after shop hours. We will need to know at least a day before, within shop hours, in order to organize the bike delivery. Delivery is available anywhere* on the island: $5.00 per bike each way** Submitting a form does not guarantee bike delivery.

*Village Cycles is not permitted to deliver to Odlin County Park
